Will is the Founder and Director of Endurance Leadership ministries and has been in full-time ministry for 30+ years. Will is passionate about working in international communities, as well as living out an active, contagious faith that models Jesus’ earthly ministry. Will is presently helping lead the charitable work with Endurance Leadership as he and his wife continue to focus their work in the continents of Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
